HRZL-ISL vertical single-stage centrifugal pump is a vertical centrifugal pump used for pipeline system boosting. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, water tower boosting in high-rise buildings, fire pipeline boosting, long-distance water delivery, heating circulation and other scenarios.
This series of pumps is stable and reliable, low noise, and has a wide range of applications. It is an ideal pipeline circulation booster pump and can also be made into a detachable structure according to user needs.
Key Features
Vertical pump with coaxial same-diameter inlet/outlet, installable like pipeline valves. Compact, space-saving, low-cost, and outdoor-ready with a protective cover.
The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, with balanced loads and smooth operation with low vibration and noise.
It adopts combined or imported mechanical seals, medium and high temperature titanium alloy with hard alloy wear-resistant sealing rings to extend the service life.
Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system, just unscrew the discharge nut on the pump rotor to extract all parts.
The pumps can be operated in series or in parallel according to the flow and head requirements.
The second generation of high-efficiency energy-saving products designed according to ISO2858 standards can be made into IRG hot water pumps and IHG pipeline chemical pumps.
